MEET LAUREN
Hi, I'm Lauren, the founder and creative director behind Studio Zo.
I've always been drawn to the way thoughtful spaces influence how we live and the memories we create within them. Some of my favourite moments have happened around beautifully set tables, in homes filled with warmth and character, and through experiences where every detail was considered with care. That passion led me to create Studio Zo, a multidisciplinary design studio where residential and commercial interiors, events, and brand experiences come together through one creative philosophy.
My work is inspired by timeless architecture, European design, travel, craftsmanship, and the beauty of collected interiors. I believe the most meaningful spaces aren't created by following trends. They're shaped by understanding the people who will live in them.
Every project begins with listening. I take the time to understand your lifestyle, your routines, your traditions, and what home means to you, ensuring every design feels deeply personal and uniquely yours. For me, great design is never about creating spaces that simply look beautiful. It's about creating environments where people live, work, gather, celebrate, connect, and create lasting memories.
THE MEANING BEHIND STUDIO ZO
The name Studio Zo is derived from my married last name, Gizzo, and represents far more than a business name.
It reflects the life my husband and I are building together, the homes we've created, the experiences we've shared, and the belief that the spaces we surround ourselves with become part of our story.
That philosophy is at the heart of every Studio Zo project.
Every home, business, and celebration is approached with the same level of care, intention, and personal investment as if it were my own.

Every Studio Zo project is guided by a thoughtful, collaborative process designed to feel seamless from beginning to end. While every project is unique, our approach remains rooted in understanding your story, developing a timeless vision, and managing every detail with care.
I. DISCOVER
Every project begins with getting to know you. Through an initial consultation, questionnaire, and discovery meeting, we learn about your lifestyle, goals, vision, and the way you want to live, work, gather, connect, or celebrate. II. DESIGN
With a clear understanding of your project, we develop the creative vision through concepts, mood boards, layouts, material selections, and thoughtfully curated details. Together, we refine the design until every element feels cohesive, functional, and uniquely yours.
III. PLAN
Once the design is approved, we prepare everything needed to bring it to life. From detailed specifications and sourcing to budgets, timelines, and coordination, we carefully organize every aspect of the project to ensure a smooth execution. This is where Vision clients' process ends.
IV. EXECUTE
For Signature clients, we oversee procurement, vendor coordination, installations, and project management, handling the details so you can enjoy the process with confidence. Our goal is to create a seamless experience while ensuring every decision is executed with care and precision.
V. REVEAL
The final stage is where everything comes together. We complete the styling, add the finishing touches, and present a beautifully layered space or experience that reflects your story and is ready to be lived in, celebrated, and enjoyed.
